This policy explains what information ChunkHost collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and username.
Billing details: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Server data: files, worlds and logs you store on your server.
Technical data: IP addresses of people connecting to servers and the panel, used for security and DDoS protection (including by TCPShield).
Messages: anything you send us by email or Discord.

How we use it

To provide, run and secure your server
To take payments and send billing emails
To answer support requests
To prevent abuse and attacks

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only services we need to run ChunkHost: our payment provider, Cloudflare (website and DNS), TCPShield (DDoS protection), and our email provider. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server files are deleted after your service ends [and any grace period]. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Discord helper bot

Questions you ask our helper bot in Discord are answered by an AI model that runs on our own server. Your messages are not sent to any outside AI company.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The Client Area uses cookies only to keep you logged in.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@chunkhosting.com.

Children

Customers under [18] need permission from a parent or guardian.

We'll post any updates to this policy on this page.
